Ingredients
          2 cups milk
          3 cups water
          1/3 cup Rice
          50 g butter
          salt, black pepper, dried mint
          1 egg
              Method
              Sweep rice is placed to be cooked in boiling water. After being cooked, and added fresh milk, simmer a little to the desired density. Add the butter and spices. Finally thicken the soup with egg.
