Spaghetti with arugula and tomatoes

Ingredients
250 g spaghetti
250 g cherry tomatoes or tomatoes
100 g arugula
oil
garlic
parmesan

Method
Cook pasta in salted water. In hot sunflower oil fry 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped tomatoes (it is desirable to use small / cherry tomatoes) and chopped arugula in large pieces. When everything is well fried, add the pasta, add a little more arugula and pour a little olive oil, mix well and serve sprinkled with grated parmesan. Optional can be added and olives. Arugula is Italian seasoning like basil, but with a different flavor.
