Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
1 kg clean spinach
2 leeks
1 bunch spring onions
100 ml olive oil
1 bunch dill
400 g feta cheese
salt
pepper

Method
Leeks and fresh onion cut. In a large saucepan heat of the oil. Stew two types of onions. Add spinach, dill, salt and pepper. Cooking continues until spinach is tender. Remove from heat. Tray smeared with olive oil. Dispense 3-4 sheets of phyllo on the bottom. On them shall be allocated part of the filling and crushed a little feta cheese. Top put another 3-4 sheet again stuffing and feta cheese. Spanakopitata ranks as do products like top is finished with sheet. Cut into pieces and pour the remaining olive oil. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes.

The recipe is very good, but I do not put dill (matter of taste).

In the same way that prepare asks only that replay with nettle and spinach add a little rice. In our region we call Koprivnik.

to me I did not like
