Spinach with rice and onion

Ingredients
700-800 g spinach
1/2 cup rice
1 onion
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
salt

Method
Onions and spinach, chopped, sauté 5-6 minutes in the oil, then add salt. Add rice and pour 1 1/2 cups hot water. The dish is cooked on low heat about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.

Very easy recipe! And spinach is healthy and delicious!

Sometimes serve the dish with yogurt, flavored with garlic. Becomes even more fresh and tasty :)
