Spinach soup with cheese

Ingredients
400 g spinach
150 g feta cheese
1 onion
1 egg
3 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup Rice
pepper
salt

Method
Onions and spinach finely and fry in the oil. Pour 1 liter of water after boiling the rice is poured. Add salt, season with pepper and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Before the soup to remove from the fire, it crushed the feta cheese and thicken with beaten egg with yogurt.

When put fried carrot and finely chopped tomato. When serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
