Spinach soup with feta cheese and noodles

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
500 g spinach
4 tbsp sunflower oil
3 green onions
1 cup vermicelli
1 cup milk
2 eggs
salt
pepper
Method
Spinach is washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces. Put it to choke in the fat with chopped onions. When soft pour 7 cups hot water. Once boiling add vermicelli. When the noodles soften add the milk. Remove the soup from the heat and thicken with eggs. Serve with grated feta cheese.
