Sponge cake with coffee and cinnamon

Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 and 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup sunflower oil
4-5 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup ground walnuts
vanilla, powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Milk and instant coffee is boiled and allowed to cool. Flour with baking powder sifted. Eggs are broken sugar, the oil, milk, vanilla and slowly add the flour. Shaped cake pour 1/2 of the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and the walnuts, pour the rest of the dough. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes, checking with a dry stick ready. Hot sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Eli Bravo bravo. I liked. Should not the cake has cooled down before powdered? This will melt the sugar.

No, do not. I had in mind exactly this - slightly melted sugar and get gloss.

Can you put a picture of the form and how far it right? dose I received so much that all forms home to me a little ... I know I'm wrong or a double or forms really are my small? (But supposedly standard)Thanks
