Sponge cake Crescent

Ingredients
5 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 vanilla
2-3 tbsp caster sugar for sprinkling
50 g chopped walnuts or poppy seed

Method
Eggs and sugar is broken down to graying. Pour the oil and milk. Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla and add to mixture. Stir gently. The dough is poured into greased and sprinkled with flour baking dish, sprinkle with walnuts and bake at 180 C. Heat sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut with a glass of crescents.
