Sponge cake with olives and oregano

Ingredients
200 g flour with bulking
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt, pepper
2 eggs
75 g melted butter or margarine
150 ml soy milk
50 g olives pitted
1/3 bunch fresh oregano
Method
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, eggs, the butter and soy milk and soft dough is kneaded. Add olives and oregano and again kneaded. The mixture is put into an oiled pan. Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes.

I think it will be cake and usually milk. This is a kind of salt cake. And is not much Raising 2ch.l. if used flour raising agent? A oregano 1/3 connection you?

I do not think that is much baking powder, but if you prefer you can put a little bit, and soy milk if replaced by a simple, nama is the same taste
