Sponge cake with plums

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
3/4 cup milk
2 cup flour
1 vanilla
10 g baking powder
about 1 kg plums
powdered sugar for sprinkling

With mixer beat eggs with sugar. Pour the oil, slightly warmed milk, which are dissolved baking powder and vanilla, and finally pour the flour. When the mixture is well broken poured it into a buttered form. Top arrange washed, cleaned of stones and cut into two plums open up. Bake in a moderate oven and after the cake is ready can sprinkle with powdered sugar. * For recipe prunes are about 1 kg, but this seems to me a lot and I put about 10 prunes, because if you put an excessive amount of plums risk not rise.

I did the cake with small changes. Milk replace it with yogurt and vanilla with lemon peels saccharified. Plums pre nice roll them in a mixture of: cinnamon sugar breadcrumbs and top sprinkled with walnuts. Was very nice and did not stay for photos. The next time you will immediately be shot, then we'll eat. Bravo for the recipe.
