Sponge cake with strawberries and chocolate hat

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
150 g yogurt
50 ml sunflower oil
juice of 1/4 lemon
2 cup flour
1 baking powder, vanilla
2 tsp cocoa
1 cup small strawberries (or cut large), rolled in flour and semolina
150-200 g chocolate

The eggs are broken, add sugar, then less and the oil, milk and lemon juice. A mixture of flour, baking powder and vanilla, stirring first with a spoon, and then a mixer. Set aside 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture, mix well with cocoa and pour into greased cake form. Pour it on the bright mixture and put strawberries, slightly pressed. Cake bake in a preheated oven at 160-170 C average BBQ redness (check with a stick). Melt the chocolate with a little sunflower oil and once cool for about 10 minutes, pour onto a plate inverted cake. When cool, put in refrigerator to harden the glaze.
