Ingredients
5 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 cup incomplete hot water
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Mix the eggs with the sugar. Add flour and baking soda. Then, the oil, and finally water. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C. First bake below to rise cake to the desired height and then includes an upper wire. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
