Ingredients
1 kg or 2 sprat mackerel
1/2 tsp salt
50 ml sunflower oil
50 ml vinegar
50 ml water
bay leaf
pepper
allspice

Method
Fish Wash and cleaned if mackerel cut circles with a thickness of about 2 cm. Ranks in the tray (sprat tightly can even slightly overlaps) lines. Put them spices - bay leaf and peppercorns and allspice. Pour into prepared marinade of salt, the oil, vinegar and water. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200C degrees about 30 minutes.
