Steak Florentine

Ingredients
4 steaks
salo
garlic
130 ml white wine
butter
slice of lemon
ginger
little broth
starch
Method
Chops are crushed and shpikovat with salo. Fry in hot oil. Add a slice of lemon, ginger, crushed garlic, 70 ml wine and a little broth. Stews until soft. Draw in the plateau. Remove the lemon and sauce thickens with the remaining wine and a little starch. Pour the sauce overwhelmed.
