Ingredients
1 kg pork chops
1 cup white wine
300 g mushrooms
150 g processed cheese
200 g cream
black pepper, salt, oregano, thyme
Method
Crushed steaks and optional roll them in flour. In a saucepan of pyrex or stew redim steaks, sliced feta cheese, washed and sliced mushrooms and sprinkle with pepper, salt, oregano and thyme.
