Onions and garlic are finely chopped, add other products (without salt and pepper). All this is put in a pan on the stove, pour 1/2 cup water and boil 15 minutes on low heat. Steaks are crushed, seasoned with salt and pepper and baked on BBQ, then pour the sauce.
