Ingredients
500 g minced meat
salt, cumin, black pepper, red pepper
500 g potatoes
2 bunches green onions
garlic 1 sprig
1 carrot
1 green pepper
100 ml tomato juice
1 bunch parsley
3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with spices and make small balls, then fry them in the oil. Remove them and in the same oil sauté onions alternately, garlic, carrot, peppers and potatoes. Season with pepper and salt. Pour 800 ml hot water. Once the boil add the meatballs and tomato juice. Boil until ready products. Serve sprinkled with parsley.

That's meatballs in Chirpan only that onion is replaced with green onions. I love like stew.
