Ingredients
700 g hearts (pork or beef)
500 g onions or small onions - onions
2 heads of garlic
100 ml wine
4-5 peppercorns
2-3 allspice berries
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
80 g butter or margarine
savory
salt
Method
Hearts are cut lengthwise in half, cleaned, washed and cut into small pieces. Peel onion cut into slices (if you cook with small onions leave purposes). Peel the garlic cloves. All products are placed in a saucepan, stir well, pour hot water, enough to cover and add salt. Close the lid and boil 20 minutes.

I have heart and kidney - beef, I do like the recipe mix them, I think that will be a problem.
LYUBKA, there is no problem to put different products. Everything will suffocate, will absorb odors and taste of spices. As we say in our region - *goes* with a side of steamed rice or mashed potatoes and salad, and drinks ...!
