40 g butter
1 chili pepper
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
rosemary
parsley

Method
Salted and pepper Fry the meat in 20 g butter, add rosemary, pour a little water and stew under lid until soft in low oven . Choking meat pour the sauce and make less water. Chopped hot pepper garlic and parsley fried in butter, pour sauce of roasted meat and wine, smothered 10 minutes. Remove the rosemary, chopped portions of meat pour the sauce and serve.
