Stewed leg of lamb

Ingredients
1 leg of lamb
1 bunch green onions
fresh parsley
fresh mint
sunflower oil or butter
black pepper
salt
Method
Leg is washed, dried and rubbed with salt. Chop in large pieces, mix with chopped parsley and mint connection, put in a large pot with a dozen black peppercorns, 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil or melted butter and 1 cup hot water. Leg is placed in a pot and boil everything on low heat until only fat. When finished subtract in a separate container and cut into pieces 1 cm thick. The meat is served with stewed onions or on risotto (see: lamb on risotto ).

and I use the same recipe, but bake it in a pan covered with foil. Is incredibly delicious.
