Stewed pork with scrambled eggs

Ingredients
250 g pork (shoulder)
2 onions
4 tomatoes
1/2 small zucchini
1 green pepper
1 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
3/4 hours. h. (150 ml) meat broth
pepper
salt
4 eggs
sunflower oil
Method
The chopped onions and diced meat fry in heated sunflower oil, add diced zucchini, boiled, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes cut into julienne peppers, pour broth, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and stew about 40 minutes. The mixture is arranged in bowls and garnish with scrambled eggs.
