500 g strawberries or other fruit of your choice
500 g sour cream
1 ready cake (homemade or bought)
4 tbsp caster sugar
optional - vanilla cream

Method
Drain several hours, preferably overnight. Drained cream mix with powdered sugar and vanilla. Cake cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick. On the couch put cream on it and distributed strawberries, washed and cut. * You may instead be used cake muffins that are gently cut and fill with cream.

Cream, sour put in cheesecloth or a thin cloth fabric sitnotakana, or what is called the veil. The edges of the cloth are tied and hang to drain - or the tap or elsewhere where convenient. It is better to not stirred cream before, because then drain very slowly. Image is Tartalettes but cake own taste is much tastier. You can cut out circles of cake slices, but not necessary
