Stuffed carp with vegetables

Ingredients
1 carp (about 1. 5 kg)
2 onions
4 tbsp sunflower oil
tomatoes 4
1 carrot
chopped walnuts
2-3 sprigs of dill
2 tbsp thick yoghurt
1 vegetable stock cube
2 tbsp sunflower oil for flooding
pepper

Method
Fish is cleaned, washed and sprinkle with pepper. Lightly salt it. Onions, cut into slices and carrot, finely chopped, fry in the oil, add the diced tomatoes and drained and crushed cube vegetable broth. Add in large pieces chopped walnuts, chopped dill, pepper and yogurt. The resulting mixture was filled and the fish is sewn with white cotton thread. The residue from the filling is placed in the tray. Carp pour the heated sunflower oil and put to seal for 40 minutes at 190 C. Serve with fresh salad.
