Ingredients
2 cucumbers
200 g desalted sheep cheese
100 g butter
5 g pepper
parsley

Method
Peel cucumbers and halve cross as cylinders, then carve. Prepare a mixture of grated feta cheese, beaten butter, pepper and parsley. It is filled cucumbers and allowed to cool. Before presenting cut into circles, each circle is dusted with parsley.
