Stuffed pears - II type

Ingredients
4 pears
2 egg whites
4 tbsp caster sugar
50 ml rum
50-80 g of dried fruit mix
30 g prosciutto
30 g blue cheese
# For the syrup:
1 cup water
1-2 pinches cinnamon
1 tbsp apricot jam
3 tsp sugar
Method
The ingredients for the syrup was mixed and warmed up. Dried fruit is placed in a bowl, pour rum and leave to stand (possibly the night before). Pears cut into 2 and cleaned of seeds. Carve it so as to obtain an opening for stuffing. Stew 5-8 minutes in the syrup, which is then removed and stacked in the tray. Egg whites are broken down into the snow, gradually add powdered sugar. Pears filled with dried fruit on them extruded beaten whites. Bake is about 5 minutes in a preheated 220 C oven. When serving pears garnished with sauce, pieces of prosciutto and sprinkle with feta cheese.
