Stuffed peppers with small fish

Ingredients
100 g zander
50-60 g canned tuna
1 small onion
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
9-10 small peppers
frying fat
# breading:
1 egg
3 tbsp flour
salt
Method
Boiled white fish and tore into small pieces. In a pan braise chopped onions become transparent when add the pieces of fish and canned tuna. Add flour and milk, stir well and cook until a thick sauce. With this mixture stuffed peppers, breaded in a mixture of breading products. Fry in preheated, but not strong fat. According to the original recipe these peppers can be made and in the oven without PANIC. For this purpose, arrange in a buttered pan, sprinkled with bechamel sauce and baked until browned.

Only I do not know whether Bulgaria has one such small peppers, use them. I say this because I remember how big our peppers and those small home seems such a variety. But in Bulgaria already has everything.
