Stuffed tomato with goat feta cheese and olive paste

Ingredients
1 large tomato
soft goat feta cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta or usually feta cheese
parsley
# olive paste - bought ready or mixture of passion:
200 g black Pitted olives
2 fish anchovies
2 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
zest of 1/2 lemon
by 1/2 tsp rosemary, thyme and oregano

Method
Scalded tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water and immediately cool it in cold. Peel it, cut off his cap and drill it with a spoon. Pat dry with kitchen towel inside to completely remove any remaining moisture. Mash with a fork the feta cheese and season with chopped parsley. Fill half tomato with him, trying to stuffed tighter. Put on it by the olive paste 1 cm thick. Finish filling the home with another layer of feta cheese. Chill and serve as a salad or appetizer.

I would rather put parsley, basil, taste is very tied with tomatoes and cheese.

Bravo! With ricotta or cottage cheese will have to be referred. I really love goat cheese and would not replace it, but with some other nice brined certainly very tasty!

Another interesting proposal! I would also put basil instead of parsley, but it is according to the preferences of each. And this recipe goes to Favorites!
