Stuffed zander with beer

Ingredients
1 kg coarse fish
500 ml light beer
3-4 onions
100 g walnuts
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
4-5 olives
30 g butter
pepper, salt
lemon juice

Method
Fish is cleaned, add salt and sprinkle with pepper and lemon juice. Leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Onion stew with half of the butter, remove from heat and add the walnuts, breadcrumbs, chopped olives, pepper and salt. This stuffing is filled fish and stitched with thread. Bake in greased pan of very hot oven, periodically pour the beer. After red smeared with butter. Optional can be sprinkled with lovage.
