Stuffed zucchini with vegetables

4-5 zucchini
3-4 red and green peppers
1 onion
2 carrots
10-12 olives pitted
3 p. L. Olive oil
1 bunch dill
salt pepper
3-4 tbsp grated feta cheese Parmesan
3-4 leaves of fresh thyme
sour cream

Once washed, cut the zucchini in half lengthwise. With spoon scraped their soft interior and arrange on a baking tray. Onion cut into small pieces. Carrots and peppers cut into strips and sauté with the onion until tender. After removing from heat, add half of the soft scrape of courgettes. Mix sour cream and flavored with salt, pepper and leaves of a few sprigs thyme. Add chopped olives and in large pieces and all this is packed into marrows. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and feta cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 200 C. After constipation, sprinkle with fresh dill and served hot.

I loved the recipe. Fresh and nutritious. Home all we love zucchini, in all variants. Record, and this, as it will prepare soon. Only one vaprosche Martin, in the way of making mention of sour cream, and the list of products not found her. You must have missed it. But I guess everyone will be able to decide how much to put.
