Method
All dry ingredients are mixed and All such liquid. The two parts are combined and mixed until a smooth mixture. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. For each pancake, in a pre-heated pan on medium heat, put in an average ladle (about 4 tbsp) or as thin to cover the pan, as if using a Teflon pan, previously smeared with butter or sunflower oil . Bake for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve warm with filling optional.
