Sweet and savory banitsa

Ingredients
500 g of finely rolled sheets
250 g cow feta cheese
75 g butter
150 g sugar
100 ml carbonated water
# For the syrup:

Method
In an oiled tray puts crust, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, sugar, butter pieces and pour a little soda water. Next sheet again until run by ending with crust, sprinkled with bits of butter. Bake in preheated oven until ready. The sugar is put into 200 ml water and the syrup was put to boil and the sugar to dissolve completely. Banitsa hot pour the cold syrup. Consumed cold well. * Optional can be added ground or chopped walnuts in the stuffing.
