Ingredients
          200 g cherries
          200 sheets cherry
          4 liters of water
          4 kg of sugar
          70 g citric acid
          2 vanilla
              Method
              Fruits and leaves, wash well and put in a saucepan. Add the water and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Nice strain the juice through cheesecloth, squeezing as to remain only stones. In the juice, add sugar, vanilla and citric acid and stir to melt the sugar. Allow the juice to cool. Cold juice pour into bottles (4-5 of 1 l).   Keep in a cool, dark (in the basement). Not last long because they do not contain preservatives, but we have always shown before undoing - for less than one month.

Nicolas, how many grams are sachets of citric acid? And I suppose the finished syrup is kept cool and dark, and how life?

xevi, thank you for the comment. Packets are '10 You're right, store in a cool, dark (in the basement). Probably not izdrzha much, because it contains konservansi, but we always spent before breaks (less than one month).
