Ingredients
250 g beef fillet
250 g pork loin
250 g chicken fillet
200 g carrots
200 g mushrooms - mushrooms
100 g zucchini
100 g fresh peppers
100 g rice
100 g onion
40 ml soy sauce
100 g tomatoes
60 g of tomato paste
salt

Method
Clear from the skins and veins beef, pork and chicken are cut zhuliencheta (bars). Strips are cut also carrots, courgettes, mushrooms, peppers and onions. All fry like is first put the meat, and then added and vegetables. Finally add the tomato paste and soy sauce. Before serving, the dish is served with steamed rice.
