Terrine with mince and potatoes

500 g minced meat (preferably beef)
400 g potatoes (2 large potatoes)
3 eggs
4 squares toast processed cheese
12-14 thin slices bacon
6-7 baked peppers (not very big)
1 onion
1 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, pepper and cumin to taste

Peel and cut the potatoes into small flakes, but plump and put them to posvaryat but not fully salted boiling water. Then drain them nice (the other option is to boil the potatoes whole and cool to cut thicker flakes). Cut onion in small pieces and saute in the oil that is tender, lightly salted it. Then add the onions to the cooked potatoes and allow to cool. During this time greased cookie cutter-terrine (rectangular) and then edges with bacon strips, bacon so to go at least 3-4 cm out of the terrine and also the bottom is nice covered with it. Season the minced meat with spices to taste and pour it into the terrine, making it spread evenly everywhere and her nice seal. Top arrange roasted peppers, then put four pieces of toast feta cheese. Beat the 3 eggs with a fork and add them to the potatoes cool, Salt to taste, add pepper and a pinch of cumin and a good mix. Pour into a terrine and cover with hanging ends of the bacon. Put the terrine to bake in preheated 180C oven for about 45-50 minutes - until toasted bacon. Remove the terrine from the oven, with a sharp knife cross the edges of the terrine, if stuck bacon come off (if using terrine with nezalepyashto coverage use a plastic knife or spatula) and then as cool a bit in the appropriate contact terrine dish, slice and serve with a side dish optional. * The original recipe onions are placed in a suitable microwave container, add salt to gently pour the oil mix and put for 1-2 minutes in the microwave to is tender, then add to it cut into thick flakes of raw potatoes and returned to the microwave for 5 minutes, taken out and mixed, and then again returned to the microwave, and so on until the potatoes are almost ready.

Accept guests. Use something that is close to the bacon and ham, even if it is beef or camel or turkey shunka..samo that then your curry favor with butter terrine and then placing the strips and curry favor them with melted butter and wrap it and cover it on top. .predpolagam that will be obtained, and was improvise.
