Triguni of puff

Ingredients
1 cup (200 ml) milk
200 g butter
pinch of salt
600 g flour
7 eggs
250 g feta cheese
1 tsp (5 g) pepper

Method
Boil 2 cups (400 ml) of water with milk, melted butter and salt. Added while stirring with a wooden spoon the flour until the dough begins to separate from the walls of the vessel. Remove from heat and stir to cool. Were added one by one from 6 eggs with vigorous stirring in a circle. Kneaded solid dough and spread on buttered sheet of thin crust, which is cut into squares. In the middle of each square put a little filling, which is made from shredded feta cheese, mixed with pepper and a little caraway and fold diagonally, the ends are pressed. Trigunite are coated with beaten egg in a little water and bake until golden brown in a hot oven. Serve warm.
