Tulumbichki

Ingredients
600 ml water (3 cups)
390 g flour (3 cups)
60 g butter
6 eggs
# For the syrup:
900 ml water
600 g sugar
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Put to boil 3 cups water with a pinch of salt and the butter. It pour 3 cups flour and stir until a homogeneous mass. Remain it cool and add one at a 6 eggs. With injection molding tulumbichkite straight into the heated sunflower oil. Once fry until dark golden. By removing dive directly up the cold sugar syrup leave to rest for a time in which spraying another dose tulumbichki and we take in pan, fry when the entire mixture pour tulumbichki finished with the rest of syrup. Syrup is made from water and sugar to boil 5 minutes.
