Turkey with cranberry sauce

Ingredients
1 young turkey
apples 2
3 onions
60 g butter
200 g frozen blueberries
1 tsp dried sage
3 tbsp honey
1 bunch roots soup
1 liter chicken broth
150 ml cranberry juice or blackcurrant
4 tbsp cream
pepper
salt
Method
The washed and dried turkey rub with salt and pepper. Apples are peeled, cleaned of seminal part and cut into slices. Two onions are finely chopped and the third - on rings. Apple slices and loops are smothered in onion 20 g butter. Add half of the blueberries, sage and honey. The turkey is filled with this mixture and sutured. Roots soup cut into pieces and fry in remaining butter with chopped onions. Spread on a tray and put the turkey on top. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 220 C, then reduce heat to 180 C and baked dish 3 h, from time to time, in the tray was poured less warm broth. One hour after the start of cooking the turkey about adding the remaining blueberries. Finished turkey out of the oven, released by the thread and keep warm. Sauce from baking transferred to pot with roots and berries. Add fruit juice mixture and boil until liquid is poizpari then was ground through a strainer or sieve, mix with cream and seasoned with pepper. The turkey was partitioned and served with sauce.
