Turtle with mayonnaise

Ingredients
1/2 turtle or other turtle
1 egg
60 g mayonnaise
1 red tomato, or 60 g of tomato paste
1 carrot
20 g celeriac (celery) - Korea
20 g roots Parsley
parsley, salt
Method
The washed brush turtle boil 25-30 minutes with vegetables. Then removed from the shell, which is again washed to decorate the dish. The meat is cut into chunks and boiled egg circles. Mix with mayonnaise, and the mixture is poured into the middle of the round plate. Top put the turtle shell. The plate is decorated with mayonnaise and garnish with tomato circles, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
