Vanilla rice with figs

Ingredients
500 ml milk
pinch of salt
scraping inside of 1 vanilla pod or vanilla
125 g rice, round
4 sheets of gelatin
60 g sugar (or to taste)
600 ml red wine, sweet
1 stick cinnamon
6 figs
200 ml cream
1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Method
Boil the milk with a pinch of salt and the inside of vanilla. Put rice and reduces the fire, allowed to swell until ready.
