Veal cutlets in Zurich

Ingredients
4 thick slices (leg)
100 g ham
100 g mushrooms
15 g butter
salt
1 egg
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
milk
sunflower oil
Method
In veal cutlets are made open, place pieces of ham, stewed in butter mushrooms and openings are closed, as are attached with toothpicks. Schnitzel is salting, immersed in a mixture made of egg, flour, milk, 1 tbsp sunflower oil, salt and fry in heated sunflower oil.
