Veal meatballs with cheese

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
600 g beef
4 eggs
2-3 onions
1 tsp chutney
40 g butter
40 g flour
cumin
salt
fat frying

Method
As the meat is added half an onion, finely chopped and a little salt. Minced meat is kneaded well and shaped into flat pieces, two for each portion that is rolled in flour and fry in hot fat. The feta cheese grated on fried pieces of meat and it makes a small indentation. On the half pieces is put in a egg white, and on the other half - the yolk. Place a small piece of butter on top and baked. The remaining onion is cut and stew in the butter, chutney and add cumin and dozadushava. Serve as pieces of meat are placed on the onions and garnish optional.
