Vegan Soup

Ingredients
2 handfuls of spinach
4 potatoes
3 peppers
4 large mushrooms mushroom
4-5 tbsp canned tomatoes
2-3 tbsp vermicelli
2 carrots
1 onion
2-3 tbsp onion
1 tbsp vegetable seasoning
parsley
celery
salt
1 clove garlic

Method
Put water to boil with a little salt and vegetable seasoning. Peppers, carrots and onions both types (if not located onion, may not put) cut into cubes. Put into the boiling water. After 15 minutes, add the chopped potatoes and mushrooms. When the potatoes are soft, add the tomatoes and 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil. So simmer for 10-15 minutes. Finally add the chopped spinach and garlic, and noodles. Season with parsley and celery. Very tasty and becomes a soup thickener 2 eggs, 2 tbsp yogurt and a little vinegar. 150 g feta cheese cut into cubes and add to the soup (soup before thickenerta). In this version of the soup is not vegan.
