Vegan sponge cake with raisins and walnuts

Ingredients
1 cup sunflower oil
2 cup sugar
2 cup decoction of dried apples or dried fruits
4 cup flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Method
The oil mix with the sugar until it melts. Add salt, raisins, finely chopped walnuts and vinegar or lemon juice. The mixture is diluted with apple decoction and mix. Gradually add the flour sifted with baking soda and cinnamon. Well mixed dough is poured into greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour form. Cake bake 50-55 minutes in a preheated moderate oven. Serve after cool. Optional can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
