Vegetable baked

2 zucchini
2 eggplants
2 tomatoes
2 onions
3 potatoes
salt and pepper
120 ml sunflower oil
100 ml cream (maybe a little more)
200-250 g cheese
2-3 cloves garlic - pressed

Vegetables are washed and cut with uniform thickness. Eggplant add salt and leave for 20 minutes to drain the bitter water. Arrange a layer of zucchini, tomatoes, zucchini onion, potatoes, eggplants. Mix the cream and the oil, add salt, pepper and garlic, stir and pour vegetables. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. Wind up with greased baking paper. Bake at 180 C for about an hour and a half. Remove the paper and bake until golden.

This is very interesting and easy to implement. Another recipe that became my favorite.

I would put the cheese in the baking and I bake almost half the time without paper, in order to evaporate the water.

Enough of this time to stifle good vegetables. I do not believe for 45 minutes to make. And not an hour and a half at least 1 hour.

There was Vesi, half the time with paper and the other half without. Only potatoes to become semi-waving paper.

And from the oven depends though. And the degrees are not so high :)
