Ingredients
400 g vegetable mix
1 onion
2 potatoes
200 ml cooking cream
1 cube chicken broth
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves crushed)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
savory, celery, oregano

Method
Chopped onion stew with olive oil, a little water, vegetable mix and diced potatoes. Add crushed broth, spices, garlic, a glass of water and stew under the lid. After the tender, the vegetables are transferred to the pan, add the cream. Mix and bake at 160-170 C BBQ middle of the oven until ready.

Ina, thank you! I guess that mayonnaise is more suitable. But you can try and milk with butter - I read somewhere that this combination can replace the cream.
