Vegetable sauce microwave

Ingredients
2 cloves onion water
20 g butter
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable broth
2 tbsp (20 ml) white wine
150 ml cream
1 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Peeled and chopped onion put it with the butter in a bowl. Capped and stew and 1 1/2 minutes at 600 Deut. While stirring continuously, add the broth, wine and cream, capped and keep 2 1/2 minutes at 600 Deut. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Pass a sauce with a mixer until a smooth pale green mass. Season with salt and pepper. Serve to vegetable dishes.
