Vegetable sauce Sanfina

Ingredients
5 tomatoes
2 onions
2 chillies
120 g mushrooms
1 small zucchini
1 clove garlic
pepper
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Cleaned vegetables and mushrooms are cut chopped, fried in sunflower oil, add salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve to meat, fish and vegetables.

Comments

The original recipe does not put hot peppers and mushrooms and put onions, peppers (sweet) zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes. Really is very tasty and is suitable for fried fish!
