Vegetable Sauce - vitamin

Ingredients
3-4 young carrots
1 slice chervil
2 tomatoes
2 fleshy peppers
1 onion
1 small apple
1 slice dry white bread
125 g butter
1 egg
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
grated lemon peel
lemon juice
parsley
dill
salt
Method
Vegetables cleaned and milled through a meat grinder, and finally ground and crumb of bread. The resulting paste is sprinkled with a pinch of salt and 2-3 was allowed to sit for a few minutes. Meanwhile, the butter was stirred and to it was added the egg and spices. Stir well until fluffy. Mix with vegetable puree and stir to make a homogeneous mixture. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill and served on cold dishes. The sauce can be diluted with 1-2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt.
