Vegetable soup with feta cheese and milk

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
100 g carrots
25 g celery
250 g green beans
1/4 cabbage
150 g potatoes
50 g onion
50 ml sunflower oil
10 g flour
5 g paprika
100 g tomatoes
70-80 g beetroot
100 g yogurt
1 egg
salt
Method
In boiling salted water placed carrots and celery, diced, chopped cabbage . Them after the tender, add potatoes, diced, green beans, cut into small pieces. Separately boiled red beets, peeled and chopped. Onions, finely chopped stew in oil until soft, then add the flour alternately, red pepper and tomatoes, chopped. The mixture was added to the boiling vegetable soup and then boiled for 30 minutes. Finally, add the drained beets. Remove from heat thicken soup with beaten egg in yogurt. Serve as each portion is put plenty of grated feta cheese.
