Vegetable Sticks

Ingredients
1 green mango
1 white radish
2 carrots
100 g arugula
soy sprouts
1 lime
3 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
coriander, mint
rice peel
Method
Mangoes, turnip and carrots cut into thin straws. Add the washed arugula, soy sprouts, fresh mint and coriander. Flavored with a dressing made from the juice of lime, olive oil salt and pepper. Leave to absorb and distribute in topnatite seconds in cold water rice wafers. Turn on the cone and are arranged in a plateau. Serve with lime.
